Work in Progress... It's time to talk a little about the different bottlings. So here's a list of all the Broras I know. There aren't that many, as Brora isn't Ardbeg, nor Port Ellen, not to mention The Macallan. But again, this doesn't mean the issue isn't complicated...

Today, Douglas Laing seem to be the greatest specialists. They offer some terrific bottlings in their three ranges, Provenance, Old Malt Cask and Platinum. The Platinums are the best ones, but some Old Malt Cask which have been released prior to the launch of the Platinum series were just as great. Both UDV (the rare Malts Series) and Gordon & MacPhail did also botlle a bunch of great Broras, not to mention Signatory Vintage, the latter bottling only Broras from the 80's, as far as I know...

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society bottled some great, great Broras as well.
