Distillery profile:
The Glencadam distillery (also known as GlencaRdam)
is said to have been founded in the year 1825 by
George Cooper. Like so many other distilleries,
Glencadam experienced a massive number of changes
in ownership during the 19th century, but for once
I'm not going to get into that - not yet anyway...
